CANCELLATIONS Require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in $45 fee. MISSED APPOINTMENTS Failure to cancel your appointment and/or NO SHOWS will require to pay 50% of the services scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS Please note that if you are 15min. Late for your appointment we may have to reschedule. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you in 15min. Or more into your scheduled appointment it will be considered a “NO SHOW” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
